Housing
All 15 homes with max Mood, price and upkeep, plus fit-outs, staff, leasing to other players and marriage.
Your home sets your max Mood, and Mood multiplies your gym gains. Everyone starts in a free bunk. Buying a better home is a one-off price plus daily upkeep, paid at the New Day.
If you cannot cover upkeep or staff wages, the rest becomes debt and your max Mood is halved until it is paid.

Leases
You can rent a home you own and do not live in to another player for 1 to 60 days. The tenant pays the first day plus a 2-day deposit when signing, then a day of rent at each New Day. The city keeps 10% of all rent. Daily rent is capped at 1% of the home's price. The owner keeps paying upkeep and staff; the tenant pays none.
Marriage
Propose with an Engagement Ring. Married players get +10% max Mood. A divorce costs $50,000.
